Programs and Practices
We are constantly trying to encourage our employees to hone their skills, accelerate their personal and professional growth and build a sense of community within the workplace. We have several Programs and Practices in place to enable us to do just that.
Workplace learning and development programs empower people to gain new skills and grow professionally. With this in mind, we run several development workshops wherein expert external and internal trainers provide precise, need-based learning.
Being pioneers in the service industry, and staying true to the value of customer centricity, we give strong credence to the thought “Always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers”. The Champions League Appreciation programme includes peer recognition, on-the- spot awards, Employee of the month, Employee of the year and contribution awards.
At IGAT, we are committed to build a society that is just, equitable, inclusive, and utilizing resources in a sustainable manner. Keeping this in mind, we have an internal Corporate Social Responsibility team spearheaded by the CSR Team Lead and Regional SPOCs who work in close collaboration with InterGlobe Foundation and are responsible for driving the CSR Projects and volunteering activities across the company.
